LodgerReady is currently in early development. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. By using the site you accept that it is a work in progress.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login with others or create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.

Listings and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing, profile, or content you post. Listings must describe a real room in a property where you actually live. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed and accounts suspended.

Prohibited use

You must not use LodgerReady to discriminate against prospective lodgers on the basis of protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, to post content that is false, defamatory, or harmful, or to circumvent our matching and messaging systems.

Limitation of liability

LodgerReady connects landlords and lodgers but is not a party to any agreement between them. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any letting arrangement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
