What we collect

When you join our waitlist we collect your name, email address, and the role you selected (landlord, lodger, or both). When accounts open, we will collect whatever you provide to your profile and listings. We do not collect payment information directly — payments will be handled by Stripe or PayPal.

How we use it

Waitlist data is used only to contact you when LodgerReady launches or when we need early feedback. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Property addresses

Full property addresses are stored securely and are never made public. Public listings show only the town and postcode district. The full address is shared only with applicants you choose to progress.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function — session management and security tokens. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
